The Chocolate and Banana French Toast is a European gourmet food. What you will need are the following: 2 whole eggs, 1/4 cup of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, sliced white or wheat bread, grated chocolate of any brand, banana, 2 tablespoons of butter, and chocolate syrup.
To start preparing the dish, you will need to mix the eggs, milk and sugar in a large bowl. Use a whisk to get a favorable consistency.
Next, get the rest of the ingredients. Chop the banana in equally thin slices. Make a sandwich following this layering: white bread, grated chocolate, bananas, grated chocolate, white bread. Put the fillings enough to cover the sliced bread. Heat the pan at a low range and put the butter.
Go over the mixture that you did a while ago and dip the sandwich as it is. Soak the bread enough to coat it entirely. Flip it to the other side. Be careful not to make the filling slide out of the sandwich. Remember, soak the sandwich just before frying it on the pan to ensure a nice toast result.
Cook the sandwich until both sides are golden brown. Once you have taken in out of the pan, you can now cut it in half or in several pieces. Drizzle it with chocolate syrup and then serve.
